All undergraduate and graduate alumni living in Rhode Island and the boardering Massachusetts communities can participate in PAARI's events and receive email from the PAARI. However, please keep in mind that each mailing costs roughly $150 and that there are frequently other costs incurred when we hold lectures or receptions at private homes or make reservations for events such as picnics and kayak paddles, etc. Your contribution is appreciated and essential for the organization to function. I'd suggest $35 per year, though we will not be keeping a strict policy or prohibiting members from participating if they don't--this defeats the purpose of the group. If our account runs low, we will also send out requests for dues on an as-needed basis. Thanks.
