My name is Howard Schulman, and I ran for State Representative to the Rhode Island House of Representatives from Dictrict 3, College Hill and the East Side in Providence. There was a Democratic Party Primary on Tuesday, September 14 th, which I lost. It was the first time I had ever done something political like this, and although I didn't win, my ideas were well received, and I learned.
